Description
Bevacizumab Cizumab 100mg Injection, containing Bevacizumab, is an anticancer medication designed to inhibit tumor growth. It is prescribed alongside other chemotherapy drugs to combat metastatic breast, brain, cervical, kidney, lung, colorectal cancers, as well as ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancers. Effective contraception is advised during treatment and for six months post-treatment, as fertility issues may arise. Not recommended for those under 18, and preservation of ovaries should be discussed if pregnancy is planned. Side effects include constipation, appetite loss, runny nose, fever, skin problems, and weight loss. Caution is advised in patients with hypertension, diabetes, gastric issues, or heart conditions, and surgery should be avoided 28 days prior to and after treatment due to heightened bleeding risks. Regular monitoring is essential to detect any visual or cognitive changes promptly.
